Not allowed
- Anyone under 18, grooming, attempts to move minors to another platform, CSAM or child sexual exploitation.
- Fake profiles, impersonation, catfishing or misleading identity information.
- Nudity, sexually explicit content, sexualisation of minors or non-consensual intimate content.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, hate speech or discrimination.
- Scams, requests for money, financial manipulation, commercial or sexual solicitation.
- Spam, automated abuse, sharing private information, weapons, drugs or illegal activity.
- Attempts to manipulate Premium, subscriptions, payments, ranking or platform security.
Report and block
Use the menu on a profile, photo or chat to report a concern. You can also block someone to stop further interaction.
Reports are reviewed by our safety team. We may remove violating content, limit account visibility or take additional action under our Terms of Service.
Build a good community
- Use recent photos and be truthful about your identity.
- Respect boundaries, consent and personal decisions.
- Keep conversations considerate, even when there is no match.
- Protect your privacy and never share another person's details.
- Meet safely in public and tell someone you trust about your plans.
- Report suspicious behaviour instead of engaging with it.
Enforcement
We may warn, remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these guidelines. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.
If you believe an action was taken in error, contact support with relevant details. Do not create another account to evade a restriction.
