These Terms govern your use of Crushh, operated by SparkScale India. By creating an account or uploading content, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
Crushh is strictly for people aged 18 or older. You must use one account, provide accurate information, control the Google account used to sign in, and keep your account secure. Do not impersonate another person or create an account for someone else.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Crushh a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, display and distribute that content only to operate, secure and improve the service. You must have the rights and consent needed to upload it.
Prohibited behaviour
Do not post illegal, abusive, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit or exploitative content; harass, threaten, stalk or dox anyone; scam or solicit money; impersonate others; contact minors; misuse payments; interfere with the service; or evade a ban. See our Community Guidelines .
Reporting and enforcement
Use in-app report and block controls or contact our safety team. We may remove content, limit visibility, warn, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, and report matters to authorities when required.
Subscriptions
Subscription availability, renewal, cancellation and refunds are described in our Subscription Terms and Refunds Policy.
Safety and liability
Crushh does not verify every member's identity or guarantee a match. Use care when moving conversations offline: meet in public, tell someone you trust, arrange your own transport and never send money.
To the extent permitted by law, Crushh is provided without guarantees and liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SparkScale India's operating jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
