Profile and photos

For profile edits, photo uploads, photo ordering or moderation questions, contact support with the affected account email and a brief description of the issue.

Matches and messages

For missing matches, chat delivery or blocking concerns, include the approximate time of the issue and any relevant profile details.

Report or block someone

Use the in-app report and block controls first. Safety concerns can also be sent directly to sparkscaleindia@gmail.com .

Subscriptions and payments

For subscription or payment questions, include the Google Play order details where available. Never send passwords, full card numbers or security codes by email.

Delete my account

Visit the Delete Account page to request permanent deletion of your Crushh account and associated data.
