Crushh Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
One-time Premium purchases do not renew automatically. If a recurring option is presented at checkout, cancel it from the app or payment provider before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges and does not automatically refund a completed purchase.
Refund requests
Contact sparkscaleindia@gmail.com with your Crushh account email, order reference, purchase date and reason. Never include full card details. We review requests under applicable consumer law and the payment provider's rules.
Eligible situations
We may issue a refund for duplicate charges, a verified technical failure that prevented the purchased entitlement from being delivered, or another situation required by law. We may ask Razorpay to investigate the transaction.
Processing
Approved refunds are sent through the original payment route. Bank or payment-provider processing times vary. Razorpay may retain transaction records for legal, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes.
