Before you meet
- Keep early conversations on the app until you feel comfortable sharing contact details.
- Do not send money, bank details, passwords, OTPs, identity documents or intimate images because someone asks.
- Be cautious if a person quickly asks to move to another platform, claims an emergency, requests money or pressures you to keep the conversation secret.
- Arrange your own transport and tell a trusted person where you are meeting and when you expect to check in.
During a first meeting
- Choose a public place and keep your phone charged.
- Keep control of your drink and belongings.
- Leave if you feel uncomfortable. Contact local emergency services if there is immediate danger.
Use app controls and keep evidence
Crushh currently provides in-app report, block and unmatch controls. If you report a concern, include relevant details and preserve evidence where safe. These tools do not mean every profile is verified or that the app provides emergency response.
Know Crushh’s limits
Crushh is for adults 18 and over, but its age check uses the date of birth entered at sign-up; it is not identity verification. Crushh currently has no profile selfie/identity verification, background checks, in-app calls or 24/7 emergency monitoring. Read the Safety Centre, Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy.
Report a concern
Use in-app reporting and blocking, or contact sparkscaleindia@gmail.com. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
